Returns
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the product, as confirmed by the tracking number or delivery confirmation. You must notify us by email before returning, only in the following cases:
- You received an incorrect item.
- The item arrived damaged or with defective packaging.
- The item has defects.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, undamaged, and unworn. They should be carefully packed in a protective box, preferably the one used for the initial shipment.
Returns made after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
